What's new and improved
With this release we're excited to introduce you to the new look and feel of Blackboard Collaborate.
Imagine walking into a room designed for collaboration. Content gets more space. High level actions and information are conveniently grouped. You can engage with participants in new ways.
This video gives you a tour of Collaborate with the new look and feel.
Screenshot library resources
We've also added a collection of high resolution screen shots of the redesign to the screenshot library. Use them to create some of your own materials.

International teleconference numbers
We now have alternate teleconference numbers for Collaborate hosted from European or Australian data centers. Users in these areas can dial one of these numbers instead of the default number presented in their session.
Administrators from those hosted data centers can request one of those numbers as the default number for their Collaborate Login Group. Doing so displays the alternate number for all sessions associated with that Login Group. Submit a request on Behind the Blackboard (available in English only).
A few notable resolutions are listed below, along with a link to the Resolved Issues page.
