The August update to Collaborate includes significant improvements for supporting screen readers and keyboard-only use cases. A formal audit of compliance with these standards is underway and formal documentation including a VPAT (Section 508) and WCAG compliance statement will be issued when the audit is completed. Accessibility issues should be reported through standard support channels.

Users can view the recordings as often as they want. There are no view limits.
The storage limit for sessions is 500GB per institution.
|Profile Picture||Participants can now use their webcam or camera to take a picture for their profile. Profile pictures can now be cropped to show what users want.|
|Recurring Sessions||Moderators using the System Administrator Server (SAS) can now schedule recurring sessions.|
|Session Links||Moderators can copy moderator and guest links for sessions from each session's settings panel on SAS.|
