Report An Issue

Report an issue from directly in the session.

Open the Session menu and select Report an issue.

Identify and describe the issues that you had during the session. Select Submit.

A session identifier is generated that includes information used to troubleshoot the issue.

This does not automatically create a support case.

Submit a case on Behind the Blackboard (available in English only)

Be sure to include the session identifier in the Description field of the case to link your report to it.
