Create a Single Sign-On Connection to JPAMS (Parent Access Center)

Many districts use JPAMS (Parent Access Center), created by ED Gear and marketed as Parent Access Center. With JPAMS (Parent Access Center) parents and guardians can access their children's grades, attendance, class schedules, and homework assignments. If your district uses JPAMS (Parent Access Center), you can now create a single sign-on to access the application through your Edline website. By setting up the single sign-on connection, parents will be able to access JPAMS (Parent Access Center) directly through the Edline website without having to constantly re-enter their login credentials while moving between the two applications.

How to Access JPAMS (Parent Access Center) through My Hall Pass

The parent with access to JPAMS (Parent Access Center) can launch the application through Edline after the district completes the initial setup.

  1. From the My Edline menu, select My Hall Pass available under the My Account section.
  2. Select JPAMS (Parent Access) from the list.
  3. Type your User Name that you use to access JPAMS (Parent Access Center).
  4. Type your Password that you use to access JPAMS (Parent Access Center).
  5. Click Save.

Now, any time you want to access JPAMS you can open My Hall Pass and click Go File:en-us/Edline/020_Parent/010_How_Do_I_Start/050_Access_Other_Sites_with_My_Hall_Pass/040_Create_a_Single_Sign-On_Connection_to_JPAMS_Parent_Access_Center/go-icon-edline.jpg for JPAMS (Parent Access Center).

How to Access JPAMS (Parent Access Center) through Link

If the district sets up a link to JPAMS (Parent Access Center), the parent will be able to access the link. The first time you will need to setup your login information using My Hall Pass.

  1. Click the JPAMS (Parent Access Center) link available from the school's homepage. The first time a warning appears requesting you to enter the login information.
  2. Click OK.
  3. On the My Hall Pass page, type your User Name that you use to access JPAMS (Parent Access Center).
  4. Type your Password that you use to access JPAMS (Parent Access Center).
  5. Click Save.
  6. To start the JPAMS (Parent Access Center) application, click on the link from the homepage again.

The next time you need to access JPAMS (Parent Access Center), you will be able to just click the link.
