Manage Users

You can add a new user to Edline, print the user activation codes, change the user’s account information, delete users from a school, add another parent account to a student, and reset a user’s password from the Manage Users page on Edline. You can also download a user’s information, if your school has the Forms and Surveys module. The permission to manage users in Edline is usually only enabled for a district or school super user.

  • From the menu bar on the homepage, select Tools, and then Manage Users to open the User List page.

As a super user, the User List page will display several additional menu options and Filter By options. You can use these options to manage the users available in Edline.
