Update the Permissions for a User

When updating the permissions for a specific user or a group of users, you may find it easier to first search for the specific user. You can search for users on the User List. There are several ways you can change user permissions on the Users List page.

Determining User Activations and Permissions

  1. From the menu bar on the homepage, select Tools, and then Manage Users to open the User List page.
  2. Search or filter the Users List page for the specific user.
  3. Click on the name of the user.
  4. Select Permissions from the menu bar to access the Permissions page.
  5. Select Yes for a specific permission to add it to the user, or the No option to remove it from the user.

  6. Click Update when finished.

How to Update the Permissions of Multiple Users

  1. From the menu bar on the homepage, select Tools, and then Manage Users to open the Manage User List page.
  2. Search or filter the Users List page for the specific users to update.
  3. Select the users to update.
  4. Select Permissions from the menu bar to access the Permissions page.
  5. Select Yes for a specific permission to add it to the users, No to remove it from the users, or No Change to not update the specific option.

  6. Click Update when finished.
