FOR TEACHERS: Students and parents get the most out of their combined calendars and homework assignments when teachers set up their Edline class page. But being busy, teachers don’t always have the time to complete elaborate updates to their class pages. Edline includes many features to allow teachers to quickly communicate with their students:

  • Keep the calendar and class news up-to-date so the information appears in the student’s combined calendar.
  • Download copies of study guides and assignments available with your teacher’s edition CD and make them available to your students.
  • If you teach the same class materials to multiple classes, copy the information to all periods. That way you’ll enter the information only once. In the Multiple Posting section of the Create/Modify Document page, select all the classes to include the information in the Available Groups box.
  • You can easily reuse materials from the previous year or semester that you added to your Edline website.
