Administrators provide a support contact for instructors and students on the Designate Local Support Contact page. The email address provided will be linked to the Support button in courses and organizations. Instructors and students can submit questions and requests through this button.
How to Designate a Local Support Contact
- On the Administrator Panel, under Help, click Local Support Contact.
- Provide an Email Address. This address is the Institution support contact for instructors and students. The Support button in course and organizations will be linked to this address.
