The Manage Folder View page is used to control the appearance of the Folder view in the Content Collection menu. The Folder view displays a tree of the folders in each area of the Content Collection. Users can expand and collapse folders and subfolders, as well as access Tools and Portfolios. Changes to the Folder view do not have any effect on the Shortcut view of the Content Collection.
How to Manage the Folder View
- On the Administrator Panel, under Content Management, click Display Options.
- Click Manage View Items.
- In the contextual menu for the Content Area or Tool, click Folder View.
