Manage Basic Portfolio Templates

Templates are used in portfolios to create custom web pages. Administrators can create a series of templates that users can then choose to use when creating a portfolio. A number of templates are included in the Content Collection. Administrators can edit these templates to suit the needs of your institution.

Existing portfolio pages are not changed when a template is edited, removed, or made unavailable.

How to Manage Basic Portfolio Templates

  1. On the Administrator Panel, under Content Management, click Portfolio Templates.
  2. Click Basic Portfolio Templates.

How to Add a Template

  1. On the Administrator Panel, under Content Management, click Portfolio Templates.
  2. Click Basic Portfolio Templates.
  3. Click Create Template.

How to Delete a Template

  1. On the Administrator Panel, under Content Management, click Portfolio Templates.
  2. Click Basic Portfolio Templates.
  3. Click the check box next to each template that should be removed then click Delete, or in the contextual menu for the template name, click Delete. The template is removed from the system.

How to Edit a Template

  1. On the Administrator Panel, under Content Management, click Portfolio Templates.
  2. Click Basic Portfolio Templates.
  3. Click Edit in the contextual menu for the template name. Administrators can edit the template and availability from this page.
