Some audio and video files are unsupported on both iOS and Android devices. For example, iOS does not support Flash and Java file formats, and some Android devices do not support Flash. To verify whether your device supports a file, follow these steps:
- Launch your device's web browser.
- Navigate to your institution's Blackboard website and log in.
- Find the file in question and try opening it.
If the content files are unsupported on your device, you must either view them from your PC or contact your instructor about uploading them in a more mobile-friendly format.
If the content files load on your device's web browser but not within Mobile Learn, please contact your help desk.
