The first thing to check is whether or not your Blackboard login works on a web browser. Log in to your school's Blackboard site. Are you able to log in successfully there? Can you access your current classes? If possible, double check your credentials on the Blackboard site, as some schools have multiple logins for different student services such as a school portal or email.
I've successfully logged in on my web browser
If you logged in successfully, then those exact same credentials should work on the Blackboard Mobile Learn app. If they do not work, please contact Mobile Learn Support. Please include the URL of your school's Blackboard site where you can log in successfully. We will investigate your issue right away.
I can't log in on my web browser
If you can't log in to Blackboard on a browser, then you won't be able to log in to the app with those credentials either. If this is the case, please reach out to your school's IT Help Desk as they can help you with account issues like this. We'd love to help but Mobile Learn doesn't have access to your login information or the ability to change it.
